Employees of Accuprec received training of Continuous Quality Improvement. Mr. Sanjeeb Samal, HRBP of Zydus gave the valuable guidance to staff members. He advised all the employees to work as per vision & mission of the company founders of the company. He explained the importance of Knowledge, skill & Continuous Quality Improvement in work. Swami’s teachings would keep us close to their cultural roots.” This was stated by Swami Prabhusevananda Maharaj and Swami Gaurikantananda Maharaj from Ramakrishna Math, Rajkot at Accuprec Research Labs Pvt. Ltd. while delivering lecture in 8th Accupulse series. All staff members learned a lot from the Motivational guidance. Birthday of Lord Krishna i.e. Janmashtami was celebrated by staff and management on the eve of the mega festival. Company premise was decorated and all the staff members came office in traditional dress. Krishna Pujan and Matki-fod programme was organised in the presence of Dr. Manish Rachchh, Director (R &D) & CEO as well as Dr. Rina Gokani, Director & CSO. Little wonder Dwij played the role of Bal Krishna. Mayur Kandoriya, Director & CMO joined the celebration through video conferencing. Staff members & Senior officers enjoyed the festivity environment.
On 8th Foundation Day 10 employees, who completed more than Three years or Four years were felicitated by Accuprec Research Labs. The 3-star and 4-star loyal employees were felicitated by the hands of Swami Dharmapalanandji of Ramakrishna Math, Ahmedabad. All 10 employees presented their sweet memories. ‘Save Environment, Save Life’ Drawing Competition was organised on 8th Foundation Day of Accuprec Research Labs. Staff members participated in the event with enthusiasm and gave message of ‘Save Environment, Save Life’ to the Society. Tree Plantation by Accuprians Tree Plantation Drive was organised by Staff and management of Accuprec Research Labs Pvt. Ltd. Under the guidance of Swami Dharmapalanandji of Ramakrishna Math, Ahmedabad, trees were planted in the premise of Accuprec. On 8th Foundation Day, all departments pledged to take care of the trees.
On 8th Foundation Day of Accuprec Research Labs, Eye Check-up Camp & Eyecare tips lecture was organised. The event was organised in association with Occura Eyecare and Research Centre. Team of Occura guided staff members of Accuprec after eye check-up. Expert Doctor DR. SMITA DHEER gave valuable tips to take care of eyes.
Dr. Manish A. Rachchh, Director (R & D) and CEO of Accuprec Research Labs presented interesting analysis about Research to Revenue – Start-up Perspective.He was speaking in Entrepreneurship Awareness Programme at Rajkot. Dr. Mukesh Gohel, PG Research Director of Anand Pharmacy College & BoA member of Accuprec Research Pvt. Ltd. also gave an interesting tips to innovators. The programme was organised by Faculty of Pharmacy, Marwadi University at Rajkot in association with Student Start-up & Innovation Policy, Government of Gujarat.
Accuprec Research Lab Pvt. Ltd., and Anand Pharmacy College, signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU). The two organizations expressed their intention to collaborate within the scope to support and nurture academia, knowledge sharing, research activities, students’ placement, and to fill the gap between academic and industry, in order to support, to develop new edge for the academia and industry. Anand Pharmacy College, Anand, currently running B.Pharm, M.Pharm and Pharm.D. courses affiliated to AICTE and approved by PCI and Gujarat Technological University. It has retain NBA accreditation of B.Pharm course and NAAC accreditation “A” (Second Cycle).
